I'm Renee - baby and toddler sleep consultant and mum of two girls, Holly age 4, and Willow age 1.
When I first had Holly, I really struggled on no sleep. I desperately wanted her to sleep longer at night, but I wasn't interested in leaving her to cry. I wanted her to feel safe and secure, whilst learning how to sleep independently.
I spent time researching methods, and experimenting to find what worked for us, and slowly, Holly began sleeping much better. I felt the difference too, which helped as I was preparing to return to work.
That experience was transformative, and it’s what sparked my passion for helping other parents problem solve their little one's sleep issues.
