
When my first baby was a few months old, I was so overwhelmed. There was so much to learn with very little capacity for anything else.
One day I reached burnout. I was lying on my bed, searching Instagram for weaning guidance when I physically couldn't hold my phone anymore.
Something had to change. I looked at my life and realised I needed to start with sleep. So I started trying methods and experimenting with my baby's routines.
Then, she started sleeping through the night. I couldn't believe it. With sleep as an anchor, everything became less overwhelming.
That experience is why I trained as a sleep consultant. I'm not just qualified. I've lived it. And I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are right now.
