I specialise in helping families with babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 24 months.
Anytime, but particularly when you feel there is a problem that needs fixed. If you’re not sure what to do and have goals you want to achieve, then that’s the best time to work on sleep training with a consultant (like me!)
The methods I use depend on the goals of the parents, but all methods provide some level of comfort for your little one. You will never leave them to cry.
No – all methods I use provide comfort for your baby with no ‘crying it out’.
In our initial 15-minute chat, I will ask you a few questions about your little one (age, gender etc.) then I’ll ask you to provide a summary of the problems you’re having. I will share some information about me and how I work, and then you can decide from there if you’d like to go ahead.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead, I will ask you to record 3 days’ worth of sleep logs so I can get a really good idea of what’s happening. Then I’ll take these logs, evaluate the data and come up with a plan, which we will talk through in a 60-minute consultation a few days after I receive the logs. Once you have your plan, you then have 3 weeks of WhatsApp support. All in all, roughly 4-5 weeks.
Absolutely! Every child is different, and every parent is different too. This is why having our consultations are so important. I want to find out what is important to you, what your goals are, and what is best for your baby.
There is always something that works! I provide 3 weeks of support which gives us a really good opportunity to carry out the plan and make any adjustments if needed. I’m here for the good nights and the bad nights. By the end of the 3 weeks, you will see improvements or have a really good idea of how to go ahead with the new knowledge and guidance you have had.
Absolutely. My style is parent-led - if something works for you, I’ll never tell you to stop (unless something is unsafe).
